We do a Saturday Evening Dinner service, the menu changes weekly, it is essential to book a table from 5pm, please see above a sample of one of our Evening Menus.
Raising our Livestock to the Highest Standards
The Business Started in 2015 when We Bought our First Breeding Wagyu Female and Have Expanded the Herd over the Years. We started in 2015 by Converting our garage into the First Dedicated Wagyu Beef Shop in Scotland. Since then, we have expanded Adding a Larger Cattle Shed to House the Wagyu in The Winter. Then in 2019 we Extended the Shop and Added the Café Extension to our Business. In September 2019 we Opened the Café. We raise our Livestock to the Highest Standards and are QMS Approved (Quality Meat Scotland). We are Members of the Scottish Butchers Club and British and Australian Wagyu Associations.
To The Future
We are Extending the Farm shop Hopefully this Year Planning Dependant!!! We are Also Improving the Overflow Car Park to the Rear to Create Even More Parking Spaces.
